This summary highlights the most important commercial terms of NOQUACO’s sales conditions. It is not a substitute for the full General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which govern in all cases.

ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

• Orders become binding only if confirmed by NOQUACO or shipped.
• Orders cannot be cancelled without NOQUACO’s written consent.

PRICING, TAXES & DUTIES

• Prices are as stated in your order or NOQUACO’s current price list.
• All taxes, VAT, customs duties, tariffs, import fees, etc., are the customer’s responsibility unless specified otherwise.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

• All deliveries are EXW (Incoterms 2020) from NOQUACO’s Hong Kong facility.
• Risk of loss transfers to the customer at shipment.
• Delivery dates are estimates only; delays do not entitle customer to cancellation or damages.

LIMITED WARRANTY

• NOQUACO provides a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship (hardware only), subject to exclusions and conditions.
• NOQUACO’s obligation is limited to repair or replacement at its discretion.

NO OTHER WARRANTIES

• Except for the express limited warranty, all other warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for purpose, non-infringement, and safety are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law.

RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

• All sales are final. No exchange, No refund, No return policy.
• For a damaged item, please request a Return Authorization from our customer service staff.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• NOQUACO’s liability is limited to direct damages caused by gross negligence or willful misconduct and capped at 75% of the purchase price of the affected order.
• NOQUACO is not liable for indirect, consequential, lost profits, business interruption or similar damages.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY & SOFTWARE

• All intellectual property in NOQUACO products, firmware, and software remains the property of NOQUACO or its licensors.
• Embedded software is licensed, not sold, and may not be reverse engineered, modified, or redistributed separately.
